Alatheia Riding Center is a nonprofit that provides life-changing therapeutic services through interactions with our Norwegian Fjord horses. Located in North Central Washington, we help children and adults with physical, developmental, and emotional challenges. We offer three main programs:
- Therapeutic Riding: For children and adults with disabilities
- Warriors & Horses: A mental health program supporting veterans with PTSD and their families
- Barn Buddies: Helping adults with developmental disabilities build life and work skills
At Alatheia, we believe that the connection between humans and horses can transform lives. Our Norwegian Fjord horses, known for their calm and gentle nature, create a unique environment where people can grow emotionally, mentally, and physically.
