Our Future

What was once a dream has become reality.

In 2019, with the help of a generous donor, Alatheia secured 12 acres in Sunnyslope at the corner of Easy Street and American Fruit Road. Today, that vision is alive at our new home located at 1573 Easy Street, Wenatchee, WA.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, nearly $6 million has been invested in Phase One of the Double the Capacity Capital Campaign, making it possible for Alatheia Center for Equine-Assisted Therapies to move into its new campus and significantly expand services throughout Chelan, Douglas, Okanogan, and Grant counties.

The completion of Phase One marks a major milestone, but our vision is not yet complete.

Phase Two will focus on the development of a dedicated arena and program space designed specifically for Warriors & Horses, our equine-assisted mental health program serving Veterans, First Responders, and their families. This next phase will also include the construction of a caretaker’s home and hay barn, both essential to the long-term care, safety, and wellbeing of our therapy horse herd.

Together, these additions will strengthen our ability to serve more individuals and families while creating a purpose-built environment for healing, resilience, learning, and connection.

Together, we have built a permanent home for Alatheia. Now, we are building the future.

OUR PROGRESS

Construction of our new arena is now approximately 90% complete, marking a major milestone for Alatheia’s future home in Sunnyslope. Utilities and water infrastructure are in place, and a portion of the barn is currently under construction.

The remaining work includes completing the barn, paddocks, pasture fencing, hay storage, and caretaker’s home. All essential elements to fully support our therapy horse herd and prepare for our anticipated summer 2026 opening.
